As a club, we’re continuing to build a strong pathway through our senior teams — creating opportunities for young players to develop, step up and make their mark.

🔥 Matt Fern – Seam bowler & hard-hitting lower order batsman
🎯 Chris Fern – Top order batsman & leg-spinner

Both are currently part of the Derbyshire CCC junior pathway, and we’re excited to see how they progress at the club.

With competition for places across all teams, it’s exactly the environment we want — pushing standards, driving performance, and giving players the platform to earn their opportunities.
