A 6-wicket victory away at Stand saw Heywood take maximum points. Richard Slatem was outstanding with 5 wickets as the hosts were dismissed for 141. In reply, Marty Walters (33) set the platform before Greg Butterworth (34)* and Will Purser (29)* shared an unbeaten partnership of 61 to see Heywood home.

Another impressive win as the Seconds defeated Stand by 47 runs. A magnificent 143-run partnership between Aaron Russell (79) and Zak Saleem (69) helped Heywood post 199-3, before Ollie Rawlinson starred with the ball, claiming 5 wickets as the visitors were bowled out for 152.

After restricting the visitors to 198-9, with Chris Fern taking 3 wickets, Matt Fern produced a match-winning innings of 69 from just 43 balls*. Supported brilliantly by James Eckersley (40), the pair swung the game in Heywood’s favour as victory was secured with 17 balls to spare.
